Experience Level: Mid Level – 10+years in which relevant experience should be 4+ years of experience in Solution Engineering or a similar role. • Candidates should have ability to rapidly transform business concepts into production-ready solutions using modern AI-assisted development platforms, delivering value through fast, iterative release cycles and should have demonstrated • Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered software engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, or similar), combined with modern CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and agentic AI-driven quality assurance practices. • Proven track record designing, building, and scaling complex cloud-native enterprise applications in distributed, microservices-based architectures. • Deep expertise across major cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with the ability to architect and deploy solutions in multi-cloud environments. • Strong full-stack engineering capabilities with the ability to independently design, develop, test, deploy, and operate complete applications from concept through production, spanning frontend, backend, data, integrations, and cloud infrastructure. • Experience making pragmatic build-versus-buy decisions, integrating third-party platforms and APIs, and applying AI technologies to accelerate software delivery while maintaining enterprise-grade security, reliability, and scalability. • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable technical solutions, prototypes, and production systems. • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise software with minimal supervision in fast-paced startup or innovation environments.
