Job Description Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI & Next.js Duration: Long Term Location: United States- Remote Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in AI/LLM integration, modern Next.js development, and distributed systems architecture. The ideal candidate is an AI-first developer who actively uses tools like Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to accelerate development and help drive AI engineering best practices across the team. Key Requirements AI / LLM Integration (Must Have) Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLMs into production applications.Experience with:Prompt engineeringStreaming responsesConfidence scoring and evaluationHallucination mitigationHuman-in-the-loop workflowsAgentic AI solutionsActive user of AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.Ability to establish AI-driven development workflows and best practices.Architecture & System Design Strong architectural mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and justify technical decisions.Experience building cloud-native, distributed applications.Event-Driven Architecture Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging technologies.Strong understanding of asynchronous workflows and event-driven systems.Database Design Experience designing solutions using Cosmos DB, MongoDB, or other document databases.Strong understanding of NoSQL data modeling and scalability patterns.Next.js (Must Have) Proven experience with Next.js, including:App RouterServer ComponentsServer ActionsReact experience alone is not sufficient.Preferred Experience with Azure cloud services.Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills.
