About the Role

Location: MN-Maplewood, 100% Remote
Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As an AI Engineer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities
• Build and deploy AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Develop AI agents using Azure AI Foundry Agents/AWS Bedrock AgentCore and integrate with enterprise APIs
• Implement multi-agent workflows using Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or ADK
• Design and implement RAG-based solutions using enterprise data sources
• Enable agents with tool usage, reasoning, and task orchestration capabilities
• Integrate AI agents with backend services, APIs, and knowledge bases
• Ensure performance, scalability, and secure deployment of AI solutions
Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI/AWS Bedrock AgentCore
• Experience in agent frameworks: Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or ADK
• Strong programming skills in Python/C#/JavaScript
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector search
• Experience with MCP, API integration and cloud-native development (Azure/AWS preferred), A2A
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
