Vibe coding GURU (not just frontend) for long term collaboration - Contract to Hire

I am looking for an expert vibe coder. Not for somebody that uses cursor for frontend but somebody that understands the nuances between all tools, ai's opensource and closed source. Somebody that knows how to get the latest and gratest from each tool in terms of 'nice frontend design' that goes way past the AI slopp, but also in terms of something like 'spec driven development' with AI for more complex solutions like tools/software. I will need you for both. I have a couple projects lined up already (4 and this will keep growing). We can start with more simple ones and gradually also do the difficult ones. Project 1: b2b website with nice interactive design Project 2: simiar, also a b2b website (with our without figma) Project 3: a software solution for marketing content (with figma designs, are currently made and almost finished) Project 4: its a bet meta, but we need to develop a remix vibe coding solution (as part of project 3). We will use a open source system for customizing templates (remixing) for real estate websites. So, plenty of work. But in terms of hardskills you need to be 100% motivated by vibecoding and knowing all ins and outs. I guess more like a hobby than work. You should understand: - skills and the nuances of claude code - how we can utilize kimmi K the best way, also remixing inspiration websites, like here: (link removed) - Get shit done framework: t: (link removed) - Etc. etc. In terms of softskills its important that you understand the value of 'expecation management' / communication / making deadlines etc. This is 50% of the jobsuccess (if not more). For the first project we don't have a hard deadline. I guess it could serve as a 'proof of concept' where we se process, progress and skills. In order to work with clients I need to be able to give them a final price upfront. So, ideally we work on milestones basis where the overall price is known upfront. Salary and payment will grow over time. Timeline: as soon as possible.
