About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development and optimization of our conversational AI coaching product designed for Fortune 500 enterprises. Reporting directly to the Head of AI, this role plays a critical part in implementing scalable machine learning models that deliver actionable insights and personalized recommendations to enterprise leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and software engineering, with hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and refining large language models (LLMs). Your work will directly influence the core functionalities of our product, enhancing user experience and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable AI-driven coaching solutions.
