About the Role
Senior AI & Business Transformation Consultant
The Architect of Efficiency.
You are the bridge between high-level business strategy and technical reality. You don't just "install" Atlassian tools — you re-engineer how customers work by integrating AI into their entire business lifecycle.
What You'll Do
• Strategic Advisory: Lead discovery workshops to map the customer's business lifecycle and identify high-impact AI and ITSM optimization opportunities.
• Technical Architecture: Design scalable Atlassian solutions (Jira, JSM, Confluence) that leverage Atlassian Intelligence and third-party AI integrations.
• Execution & Quality: Own the "Task Breakdown" for complex implementations and develop robust Test Cases to ensure all automations and workflows meet enterprise standards.
• Team Leadership: Act as the senior lead for one or more junior consultants, providing technical oversight, code/config reviews, and career coaching.
• Change Management: Drive the adoption of AI-driven processes, ensuring customer teams are trained and seeing immediate ROI from their Atlassian stack.
The "Catalyst" Skillset
• Atlassian Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Jira Service Management (JSM), Assets, and Automation.
• AI Literacy: Proven ability to integrate AI agents, LLMs, or Atlassian Intelligence into standard workflows.
• Analytical Rigor: Ability to take a "boardroom idea" and turn it into a 50-item backlog with defined UAT criteria.
• Leadership: Experience managing "billable pods" and leveling up junior talent.
Requirements
• 7+ years in Tech Consulting or IT Transformation, with at least 4 years focused on the Atlassian ecosystem
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven automation or virtual agents
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Atlassian Certifications (ACP-420 or ACP-120) are a major plus
• You are a "Catalyst" — you move fast, inspire confidence, and get things done
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
