Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lead LLM (Large Language Model) & RL (Reinforcement Learning) Engineer specializing in forecasting. The individual in this role will design, develop, and deploy advanced LLM and RL models tailored to enhance prediction capabilities. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate models, conducting experiments to improve accuracy and performance, and staying updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and forecasting. In addition, the Lead Engineer will guide and mentor team members and actively contribute to the development of cutting-edge forecasting tools. Qualifications Proficiency in machine learning concepts such as Reinforcement Learning and expertise in building and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs)Strong software engineering skills, including experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworksSolid understanding of time-series forecasting, statistical analysis, and model evaluation techniquesFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms and tools for deploying machine learning models, such as AWS, GCP, or AzureProven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions using ML and AIExperience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve technical goalsStrong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and attention to detailA Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred
