In this role, you will lead large technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and raise the bar on architecture, testing, and operational quality.Responsibilities Lead AI empowered design and implementation of backend services, data pipelines, and APIs that power Info360 Asset Own features from requirements through production, including performance, security, and observability Drive system design decisions that ensure scalability and reliability in cloud environments Ship high-quality code, perform thorough reviews, and build automated tests Mentor and coach teammates, run technical design reviews, and help evolve engineering practices Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Platform partners to move from prototype to production Influence product and technical roadmaps; advocate for customers and sound engineering trade‑offs Improve onboarding, documentation, and developer experience to help the team move faster and safer Participate in on call rotations and contribute to a culture of blameless incident responseMinimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience building and operating production SaaS systems (or equivalent experience) Fluency in AI forward development using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or other frontier assistants Strong software design and coding skills in at least one backend language (Python or Node.js) Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and data modeling Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and infrastructure as code Proven track record of owning projects end-to-end and mentoring engineers Excellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications Experience building products in 0 to 1 environments Experience with largescale data pipelines, streaming, or event driven architectures Frontend or full stack experience with TypeScript and React for dashboards and admin UIs Familiarity with CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and security best practices Experience supporting regulated or operational customers Open‑source contributions, public engineering writing, or a strong portfolio of projectsThe Ideal Candidate You are a pragmatic engineer who balances long-term design with fast, safe delivery.
