The company is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Vice President of Artificial Intelligence to lead the integration of AI across its product platform and internal operations. This leader will define and execute the strategic roadmap for embedding AI into the company's core product experience, creating meaningful differentiation and delivering measurable customer value while ensuring responsible and scalable adoption. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, product intuition, operational rigor, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
• AI Product Strategy & Differentiation
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap to integrate AI into the core product experience.
• Partner closely with Product and Design to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can improve outcomes and user experiences.
• Establish principles and guardrails to ensure AI capabilities are trustworthy, explainable, and aligned with company values.
• Hands-On Execution & Delivery
• Lead the delivery of high-priority AI initiatives from concept through production.
• Architect scalable AI solutions, including integrating third-party models and building supporting infrastructure.
• Drive rapid experimentation and iterative improvement with a focus on measurable business impact.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, and Data teams to align on execution and governance.
• Establish operating models and workflows that enable safe and efficient AI adoption across the organization.
• Drive clear accountability and decision frameworks across stakeholders.
• Engage with clients and strategic partners to build trust and incorporate external feedback.
• AI-Driven Engineering Productivity
• Champion the use of AI tools to improve engineering productivity, including AI-assisted development and automated testing.
• Encourage experimentation and knowledge sharing across engineering teams.
• Measure and communicate productivity improvements and impact.
• Platform & Capability Development
• Build foundational AI infrastructure and capabilities that can be leveraged across product teams.
• Establish reusable tooling and patterns that allow teams to safely adopt AI without duplicating effort.
Qualifications:
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering AI-enabled or data-driven capabilities in production environments.
