What you'll do\ • Ship secure, fast, and scalable production code across the stack.\ • Collaborate directly with the CEO and designer to deliver complete product features - backend to frontend.\ • Work with our modern, opinionated stack: Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, Stimulus, Tailwind, Redis, and more.\ • Build and maintain banking and accounting integrations with rigorous data-quality and reliability standards.\ • Continuously improve testing, observability, security, and deployments on Render.\ • Work asynchronously with minimal meetings - we trust you to manage your time and ship great work.
