We need a Principal Engineer who is also a genuine AI evangelist to own the technical architecture of our platform, build world-class event-driven integrations, and define how a small team competes through AI-assisted development. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━🔧 WHAT YOU'LL OWN━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ▸ The Kinimatic platform — Outbound order fulfillment, Inbound replenishment, real-time Inventory, Dashboard, Item Master, and our NOS network optimization engine ▸ Event-driven & streaming architecture — design the patterns for how a real-time supply chain platform produces, routes, and consumes events across a distributed warehouse network ▸ World-class integration platform — EDI and API connectivity (trading partners, WMS providers, Shopify/Amazon/Walmart, carriers) designed for high availability, high scale, and rapid onboarding ▸ Kini AI — LangChain/LangGraph agents powering logistics intelligence and NOS optimization recommendations ▸ AI engineering culture — champion Claude Code across the team and define what good looks like when AI is part of how we design, code, test, and ship ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━✅ YOU'RE A STRONG FIT IF━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ▸ You've designed and owned event-driven architectures in production — not just implemented them ▸ You've built integration platforms at scale — EDI and API connectivity — with a track record of making it repeatable and reliable ▸ You have experience with high-scale, highly available connectivity platforms where uptime is non-negotiable ▸ You use AI coding tools daily and have shipped LLM-powered features in production (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent) ▸ You've mentored engineers and built team capability, not just delivered code ▸ Bonus: 3PL / logistics domain background or early-stage startup experience ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━🛠️ STACK━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Python · Flask · Next.js / React / TypeScript · AWS Lambda · SQS · EventBridge · PostgreSQL · Terraform · GitLab CI/CD · LangChain · LangGraph · Claude Code (Max plan for all engineers) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━💡 WHY KINIMATIC━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ▸ Real ownership — you're the principal architect of a platform in production with real customers.
