Senior .NET Developer

Role DescriptionMulti‑Bank Securities, Inc. is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for a versatile engineer who enjoys working across the stack and contributing to the full lifecycle of modern software solutions. You'll design, develop, and enhance applications using a contemporary Microsoft‑based development stack while collaborating closely with senior team members to strengthen internal processes and engineering standards. Responsibilities • Contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for application enhancements and new features. • Support, maintain, and administer web‑service–based and distributed applications. • Help define and refine internal development processes, procedures, and methodologies. • Collaborate with Senior Developers to ensure processes are efficient, repeatable, and scalable. • Review code for quality, maintainability, and adherence to established standards. • Document new development standards and application behaviors. • Build and execute test plans and scripts; document results, issues, and expected behaviors. • Follow company configuration‑management practices for version control and code management. • Operate effectively with limited direct supervision while managing priorities and deadlines. Requirements • 5+ years of professional experience developing software using C# and the .NET framework. • Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming principles and design patterns. • Solid experience with front‑end technologies such as Angular (preferably Angular 7), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Experience building and consuming web services (WCF, RESTful). • Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline development and experience with OctopusDeploy • Proficiency with Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio. • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of application development. • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing requirements. • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively. • Experience with unit testing and integration testing. Nice to Have • Experience with modern AI tools or agentic AI systems. Exposure to AI‑assisted development workflows, autonomous task automation, or integrating AI capabilities into applications is beneficial but not required.
