The AI Engineer (GTM) will be responsible for architecting and building AI-powered systems that drive the go-to-market (GTM) team's operations. This foundational role involves owning the technology stack, partnering with stakeholders to define workflows, deploying AI agents, and enhancing customer acquisition and growth processes. The position is hands-on and focuses on developing scalable, intelligent systems that improve the efficiency and impact of the GTM team by transitioning users from open-source/self-serve to paid sales-assisted custome

- Design, build, and maintain AI systems supporting marketing, product-led growth (PLG), sales, and post-signup activation- Manage integrations and workflows across CRM, marketing automation, product analytics, data warehouses, and enrichment tools- Develop internal tools and lightweight services to accelerate GTM teams and automate manual workflows- Design and deploy AI-driven workflows and agents for lead qualification, inbound routing, personalized marketing, and sales assistance- Continuously improve AI systems using performance data and feedback- Collaborate with Data & Growth to surface product signals to marketing and sales teams- Build infrastructure for experimentation including feature flags, A/B testing, and measurement systems- Establish feedback loops connecting users, product signals, and GTM actions for continuous optimiz

Requir
ements
- Strong engineering background in software, data, or growth engineering- Experience shipping production code including APIs, services, scripts, and internal tools- Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics, and experimentation frameworks- Hands-on experience with AI/large language models, prompt engineering, or agent-based systems- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and defining problems independently- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and GTM stake
holders
