Role DescriptionWe are hiring an AI Instructor to lead the delivery of our training programs for enterprise clients and individual cohorts.This role sits at the intersection of teaching, product building, and customer success. You will guide participants through building real AI-powered tools using LLMs and "vibe coding" techniques—helping them go from idea → working product.You will be trained directly by our founder to become an expert in our methodology, tools, and delivery style before leading sessions independently.
What You'll Do
Deliver High-Impact AI Training
• Lead live cohort sessions (virtual or in-person) for enterprise and individual learners
• Teach participants how to build AI-powered workflows, tools, and MVPs
• Break down complex AI concepts into practical, usable stepsGuide Hands-On Product Building
• Support participants as they build real solutions using LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT, etc.)
• Help debug, iterate, and improve participant projects in real time
• Encourage experimentation and creative problem-solvingDrive Engagement & Outcomes
• Ensure participants leave with working products and clear value
• Facilitate discussions, Q&A, and collaboration within cohorts
• Identify opportunities to deepen impact within client organizationsPartner on Continuous Improvement
• Provide feedback on curriculum, tools, and delivery approach
• Help refine training materials based on participant outcomes
• Collaborate with the founder to improve scalability of programs
Training & Onboarding
You will go through a hands-on training program led by our founderLearn the Vibe Foundry methodology, including:
• Rapid MVP development using LLMs
• "Vibe coding" workflows
• Enterprise use case developmentShadow live sessions before leading your own

Qualifications
Must-Have
• Strong interest in AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude, etc.)
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply
• Experience leading groups, teaching, or facilitating sessions
• Comfort working hands-on with new tools and learning quickly
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with no-code/low-code tools or scripting
• Background in consulting, training, or customer success
• Experience building AI-powered workflows or prototypes
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
