You'll work directly with the founding team, own features end-to-end, and use AI coding tools โ Claude Code, GitHub Copilot โ as a core part of how you work, not an afterthought. ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ- Design and build scalable agentic REST APIs and background processing pipelines- Extend our LLM-based scoring engine โ multi-dimension candidate evaluation, structured outputs, streaming- Build async task processing โ scoring pipelines, resume analysis, webhook handlers- Work with cloud storage, session persistence, and PostgreSQL at scale- Collaborate on LangChain / LangGraph multi-agent workflows- Write clean, well-tested, observable code with proper logging and error handling- Use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot as expert AI collaborators to deliver fast, reliable, production-grade code

- 1โ3 years of backend development experience (mandatory)- LangChain and multi-agent AI systems experience deployed to Production- Strong Python โ FastAPI, async/await, Pydantic- PostgreSQL โ Building scalable and schema evoluation/fleaxbile data model design experience- Expertise with LLM SDK's โ prompt engineering, func tool calling, context management, structured outputs, chat session mgt - CloudFare, Vercel, Fly.io, Docker, CI/CD- Proficient with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in daily workflow๐ต๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐- Full stack experience โ Next.js or modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript)- SaaS billing / subscription systems (Stripe, Paddle)- Background in EdTech, HRTech, or developer tools
